One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time and an unbelievable value. The tasting menu for two people is under $100 and they don't skimp. If I had to describe the food in one line it would be "Korean flavored Jeffrey's Grocery" (and Jeffrey's Grocery is one of my favorite restaurants). The main difference is Hortus offers significantly better value in a more comfortable setting. Come and get it while you can. This deal can't possibly be here for much longer.

The food is amazing!! The best grilled eggplant I have ever had, and the steak was perfect! The portions are very small although they are meant to be shared. I think you will be better off ordering what's to share as 1 persons entree, otherwise you will stay a bit hungry. Other than that, I had a very good experience.

This was the second time I came back here with different groups of friends, and I am still very satisfied with this place and will come back again. This is a Korean, Thai, Asian fusion restaurant and the menu has many interesting dishes to try and the appetizer portion was decent and enough for 2 people to share. The best value for this place is the $95 for 2, prix-fixe menu, you can pick a starter, then 2 appetizers and a entree and a dessert to share. The black truffle noodles, shrimp toasted, calamari tempura are must eat and so do the steak entree too. Last time I came, they had their black sesame ice cream and it was so good and I told my friend that we must have that for our dessert and they told me it was sold out.

Good memories! I had dinner for two from the menu including the wine. Food was not authentic Korean, but more fusion Asian food. I would definitely come back here again.

We were seated faster than the estimated waiting time to a comfortable booth. Staffs were friendly, prompt and polite. The menu had a wide variety of options which are reasonably priced, healthy and delicious. The quality of our meals was better than expected and portions were ample. While this was our first visit, I will come back. Definitely would recommend.
